The Character Event Convene has one promotional 5-star Character and three featured 4-star characters. The promotional 5-star Character is only available for a limited time before being put on hiatus for an indeterminate amount of time. Both the promotional 5-star and featured 4-star items will have an increased probability for players to wish them when compared to the basic rates when the guarantees are factored in.
One 5-Star Character is guaranteed every 80 Convenes. There is the 50% chance of obtaining the promotional 5-star. If the 5-star obtained is not the promotional 5-star, the next 5-star is guaranteed to be the promotional 5-star.
Every 10 convenes, at least one Character or Weapon of 4-star or higher rarity is guaranteed. There is a 50% chance of obtaining one of the three featured 4-star characters. If the 4-star obtained is not one of the featured 4-stars, the next 4-star is guaranteed to be a featured 4-star.
